IN GOD'S NAME; An Investigation Into The Murder Of Pope John Paul

This book is without doubt the most harrowing read I have endured in all my life. Probably it affected me more because, although a lapsed Catholic, I still must have harboured some deference towards my birth religion and its 'CEO', the Pope.
This Pope was murdered, by his own men and their co-conspirators.
This did not happen 300 years ago, as such outrages were common in the 2000 year history of Catholicism, this murder of a Pontiff happened in 1978!
Before people start screaming 'conspiracy THEORY', I suggest you take note of the author's credentials, and then read the book yourself.
David Yallop, the author of this book, if you were unaware, had an excellent reputation internationally as an investigative writer.
His first book, "To Encourage Others" caused debate in the British House of Lords, and resulted in the accused and convicted being declared innocent, because a miscarriage of justice had occurred.
Yallop's second book, "The Day The Laughter Stopped" , posthumously cleared the name of American comic Fatty Arbuckle, for murder.
Yallop's third book, "Beyond Reasonable Doubt?" freed a New Zealand man who had been erroneously gaoled for a double murder, and this man was awarded $1,000,000- compensation as a result of this miscarriage of justice.
Yallop's fourth book, "Deliver Us From Evil" was written to help catch the Yorkshire Ripper, and Yallop's statements to the Asst. Chief Constable "proved uncannily accurate" according to a review.
People all over the world have written to this amazing man, pleading for him to investigate an injustice of some sort or other. Then, he received a plea from inside the Vatican itself.
That lead to his book fifth book, "In God's Name."
Recently, Yallop has released an updated version of this book, which I am about to read. Yallop also recently released an even more controversial book, " The Power and the Glory: Inside the Dark Heart of Pope John Paul II's Vatican" challenging the public perceptions regarding Pope John Paul 2, but as I have not read that yet, I will not comment here.
In closing, for now, why should we care?
This happened so long ago, right?
It only involves a religion that is on the wane anyway, right?
No! WRONG!!
This religion wields enormous power and influence. The governments of the world all do 'business' with whomever is in control in the Vatican, and it is this area that can lead to situations that affect our lives.
We need to start taking notice of what our alleged democracies are really doing, and start objecting to the systematic erosion of our rights, or lack of them as is the case in Australia. We have ended up in a war on numerous fronts because of lies.
How long is it going to take for us, in the West, to wake up?
How long are we going to sit back without criticising the Vatican for not allowing contraception, which is resulting in the annual death of millions of people in Africa, Asia and South America?
How strong are our consciences?
Do our collective consciences only become active when a negative situation applies to us directly, or to our own people?
THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!
Should we be proud of our Western societies if we think, we are ok.... the rest of the world can go to hell?
I that going to improve life on Earth do you think?
Can we say we are 'enlightened' if we remain silent?
Is that what Judaism, Christianity and Islam is all about?

Write a blasphemous book about Mary Magdalene having sex with Christ? It becomes an international best seller, and made into a propaganda film by Jewish, Hollywood anti-Gibsonites. Write a book about what really happens inside the Vatican? No-one's interested much.
I'll be interested to read Yallop's book on JPII. In Traditional Catholic circles, he's regarded as one of the worst Popes ever. In modern Catholic circles, he's regarded as a saint.

it is so bizarre, and frightening, if it wasn't for Yallop's track record, I wouldn't believe it, or at least think it was a gross exaggeration and misinterpretation of events and politically motivated.
However, it was also played out in the Italian newspapers. JP1 dies and then the people of Italy began demanding an autopsy. The Vatican, through its Secretary of State, Cardinal Jean Villot, stated that it was Vatican law that no autopsy was permitted on a Pope...trouble with that is, autopsy was in fact in their law. Because of a long lineage of 'unfortunate' early dismissals of Pontiffs at the crease, this led to the law being enacted...the first in the world by the way for a Head of State...the Pope, by their own Vatican law, MUST be autopsied!
So they just lied and toughed it out!
I guess it is easy for them, it's not as if they have FOX NEWS battering down the door, they just slam the giant doors shut and release the dogs! Oh...and those rather spunky Swiss guards...woof!...they should be called SWISH Guards!
By the way, Yallop found out the Vatican Bank owned a prophylactic company... A FRANGER COMPANY??? CONDOMS???
