WORLD LEADER FOR A DAY! WHO WOULD YOU BE?

If, by some bizarre 'out of this world' technical development, you could choose to be a World Leader for a day, which one would you choose? USA's Bush? China's Hu Jintao? And, after selecting which leader, what would you do for your day as "President"?
It would be VERY tempting to be Bush, then I'd try and expose the 911 lies, JFK lies, UFO lies, etc etc...and then most probably I would be given my own motorcade procession, to be cheered on by the crowds, in an open top limousine through Dallas, before midday!
Maybe, just taking this ludicrous suggestion a tiny bit more seriously, I would be His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama, call a world wide press conference, then....
TELL CHINA TO F*@K OFF OUT OF TIBET!!!!
Actually, maybe I would come back as the intended torch bearer, who is taking the Olympic Torch to the top of Mount Everest, and just as the whole world watches, stub the ruddy thing out in the snow, and pull out my "Free Tibet" banner!
Yeah, that would be groovy enough for me!
So, who would you be, and what would you do for your day as a World Leader, and what would you say to the world at large, in your global address???

Bill Gates is tempting, can you imagine the good you could do with all that money, set up orphanages, establish farming in poverty stricken places, by and distribute condoms all ove rthe goddam world, research and buy free technology infrastructure to give to the people... dreaming on ...
Failing that, probably Bush, like a 'walk-in' so that I could 'put it all to rights.'.. Oh God, there I got thinking World Peace again...
